VALENIUM Refund & Replacement Policy

At VALENIUM, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review the details of our refund and replacement policy below:

- Replacement Policy  
  - We offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective  
  - To claim a replacement, customers must provide video proof recorded while unboxing the package  

- Video Proof Requirement  
  - The video must clearly show the unopened package and the damage/defect upon opening  
  - Claims without video proof will not be accepted  

- Replacement Process  
  - Email the video proof and order details to care@valenium.in within 3 days of delivery  
  - Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, it will be checked and verified by our technical team for validity  
  - Upon successful verification, the replacement will be arranged  

- Refunds  
  - Refunds are not offered at this time  
  - Only replacements will be provided for eligible cases  

- No Return Policy  
  - Products once delivered cannot be returned unless damaged or defective during transit
